EOPS and the Student Support Programs recognize the systemic and societal disadvantages that impact underrepresented students in higher education. Our mission is to promote equity by giving our students the opportunity to reach their full potential by providing financial and other support. We strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where students feel a sense of belonging.
EOPS
The EOPS Program at College of Marin strives to create a supportive educational environment that honors the complex needs of our diverse students.
CARE
CARE is an additional support program for EOPS students who are single parents with a child/children under 18 years old and currently receiving CalWORKs (cash aid)/TANF.
CalWORKs
The CalWORKs program at the College of Marin works in partnership with the County of Marin Department of Health & Human Services to support students who are receiving CalWORKs (cash aid)/TANF.
NextUp
The NextUp Program at College of Marin helps current and former foster youth overcome unique challenges throughout their educational journey.
Undocumented Student Services
Undocumented Student Services strives to create a supportive and welcoming environment for all undocumented students.
