Starting a New Club

Reactivating a Club

  • Club Membership Roster 
    • Please make sure to read all the requirements for renewing a club and club membership.
  • Club Constitution
    • A new club constitution is only required if it has changed from the previous semester's.

Hosting an Event

  • Club Activities Form
    • This form must be filled out for all club activities and events and sent to the SAA office with at least one week's notice. This includes recurring club meetings, as SAA books the rooms on the club's behalf.
  • Club Fundraising Form
    • If your club would like to host a fundraiser, you will need to submit both an Activities form and Fundraising form with at least one week's notice.
  • Field Trip/Excursion Form
    • All student attendees of off-campus club events must fill out this form in order to attend.
  • Tabling Request for Outside Entities
    • If you are an outside entity and would like to table on campus, fill out this form and send it to the SAA office with at least one week's notice. 

Request for Club Funding

  • ASCOM Meeting Agenda Item Request
    • This form must be submitted alongside the request for funding form in order to submit a formal request to ASCOM. We require at least one month's notice for funding requests.
  • ASCOM Proposal Request for Funding
    • This form must be submitted alongside the meeting agenda request form in order to submit a formal request to ASCOM. We require at least one month's notice for funding requests.
