Room AND EVENT Scheduling

All room reservations require an Activities Form and must be requested with at least one week's notice. Priority goes to classes. Students and departments are welcome to use available spaces for club and or business meetings. Any student club events after 5 pm or on the weekend require that the club advisor or designated college staff/faculty be present.

Community members must be sponsored by a College office, department, or have appropriate approval through College Operations to utilize space.
