Trainings and Workshops: What We Offer
The Student Activities and Advocacy office offers a range of trainings and workshops for students, staff, and faculty. All trainings are rooted in equity, and with the foundational understanding that dismantling oppressive systemic structures in higher education will enhance the learning and engagement of all members of our community. Topic areas include, but are not limited to leadership, involvement, equity and social justice, student conduct and responsibility, academic integrity, COM Care, and basic needs services.
If you are interested in having a staff member lead a workshop for you, please contact us at studentactivities@marin.edu. We will schedule a consultation meeting and tailor the workshop to meet your goals.
