Learn how community college students guarantee their enrollment at a UC campus. The UC Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) is a program that offers guaranteed admission to qualified transfer students from California Community Colleges (CCC). By meeting specific GPA and coursework milestones, you can secure a spot at a participating university before the regular admission decisions are released.

Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG)
College of Marin has TAG agreements with six UC campuses. You can apply to one campus.
Eligibility
- At least 30 UC-transferable units completed
- 2.8–3.5 GPA (varies by campus/major)
- Additional requirements may apply by campus and major
- Current community college student except high school students who are dual-enrolled.
Current dual-enrolled high school students must graduate from high school and attend a community college to be eligible for TAG.
