Please join us for a presentation covering workplace discrimination

in promotion of equitable career access with Nikki Harris, Executive Director of Human Resources,

Equity Employment Opportunity Officer,Title IX, and ADA Coordinator at College of Marin.

When thinking about diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, chances are, most individuals 

tend to see themselves as good-intentioned, equity-minded, and fair-minded people.

However, we all have unconscious/implicit biases that affect how we life and work in the world.

This presentation will cover:

• Equal Employment Opportunity Laws
• Types of biase in the worlplace
• The impact of biases and how to interrupt them
