Please bring the following items to the
workshop:
  • Student’s Social Security number, if filling out FAFSA
  • Student’s Permanent ResidentCard (if applicable)
  • List of colleges you are interested in attending

Dependent Students:

  • Parent’s Federal Income Tax Return for 2021 andW-2
  • Form
  • Parent’s marital status and date of marriage, separation,
  • divorced or widowed (if applicable)
  • Parent’s date of birth (if applicable)
  • Parent’s Social Security number (if applicable)
  • Parent’s FSAID (if applicable)

Students and Parents:

  • If you had a job in 2021, bring your W-2 forms or, if you do not have yourW-2 forms, bring other records of the income you earned that year such as check stubs.
  • Any records of untaxed income such as welfare benefits, social security benefits, or child support payments

Independent Students:

  • Your Federal Income Tax Return for 2021 (and your spouse’s Tax Return if you are married)
