Mr. Bershad and his wife Ro Diamond are partners in the Beverly Hills talent agency.  He attended College of Marin from 1958 till graduation in 1960.  Born and raised in San Francisco, Mr. Bershad was in the Marines from 1961-1965.  After his military service, he moved to Southern California in 1968. Before establishing the talent agency in 1972, Mr. Bershad worked for an investment firm and in real estate. To honor two of his COM professors, Weaver Meadows of the Business faculty and Fred Thon in Drama, Mr. Bershad contributed funds to start two $2,500 scholarships. He and his wife are members of the COM 1926 Legacy Society.
